Welcome to The Sea Ray Boat Club of Northern California

We are a cruising club who's members regularly ply the waters of the Sacramento and San Joaquin River Delta, and the connecting waterways leading to the San Francisco Bay. Our club exists to educate the owners of Sea Ray boats on proper operation and boating safety through programs and regular monthly outings.

If you would like to join our club please go to the Membership page, complete the membership application form, and mail it with your check to the address shown on the form.

Commodore's message

Sea Ray boat enthusiasts Leonard Komar, the Club’s Commodore Emeritus, and wife Janet founded the Sea Ray Boat Club of Northern California in 1978. More than thirty years later members continue to find the San Joaquin Delta and surrounding waterways to be a favorite boating destination. The annual Circle Cruise at Mildred Island is a prime example of the comradeship one can expect when joining the SRBCNC. Launched by Past Commodore Paul Sharps, wife Joanne and active members in 1993, this Labor Day weekend raft-up is in its 20th year and considered by many to be the Sea Ray Boat Club of Northern California’s signature cruise.

Our membership is currently seventy members strong and includes both experienced and novice boaters. We strive to maintain the highest level of boating safety education through guest speakers and annual vessel inspections conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. Even though boating safety and education is of utmost importance, we’re an active cruising club whose members particularly enjoy the variety of cruise venues and creative themes.

If interested in becoming a member, please select our Membership Director link on the Contact us page. I also recommend selecting the very informative Cruising with us link prior to attending your first cruise. We welcome all Sea Ray boat owners to join the SRBCNC adventure!
